The Importance of Good Water in Coffee

No matter the type of coffee you drink, water will make up a large portion of it, so it makes sense that it will play a big part in the final cup profile. 

Whether you're thinking to get into filter brewing, looking for tips to level up your pourover brewing game or just keen to see what Padre workshops are about and learn a bit more about specialty coffee, this is the workshop for you. 

In this workshop, one of our expert baristas will walk you through the importance of using high quality, well-balanced brewing water. We'll taste both filtered and unfiltered water side-by-side as well as filter coffee brewed with both. We'll also show you how you can achieve this at home, even if you don't have access to a filtered water tap. 

Although this is a free event, numbers will be capped at 10 to ensure there is enough coffee to go around. Be sure to secure your spot as we will be unable to allow walk-ins on the day.

• Learn the importance of good quality brewing water and how it impacts the taste of your final brew
