Heartlines is a monthly women’s circle designed for this exact experience.

It's a structured, facilitated space where women come together to slow down, play, laugh, and reflect through real conversation about the things we usually carry alone.

It's not therapy, counselling, or a spiritual practice. It's also not unstructured sharing or advice-giving.

It's a guided space for connection and reflection, shaped through shared human experience.

🌸 What happens in the circle

Each session runs for 2 hours on the third Saturday of the month.

We gather in a small group and move through a gently structured experience , part playful, part reflective, designed to ease you in, help you connect, and create space for honest conversation without pressure or overwhelm.

A typical circle includes:

Grounding and arrival — slowing down from the outside world and settling into the space
Playful, experiential activities — games and light-hearted exercises that make connection easy and natural
Creative exercises for insight — designed to open perspective and spark fresh ways of seeing
Guided reflection prompts — helping you tune inward and connect with your own experience
Paired or small-group conversations — to make sharing easier and more natural
Facilitated group discussion — held with care, structure, and presence

We close with informal connection over tea and light refreshments.

You are never required to share anything beyond your comfort level.

New to Heartlines? Your first circle is on us. We believe the best way to know if Heartlines is right for you is to experience it — so every woman's first session is completely free until November 2026, no strings attached.

About the Facilitator

Heartlines is facilitated by Anvita Bisaria, who brings over a decade of experience working across schools, universities, and diverse communities. Her practice is grounded in self-awareness, conscious communication, and the belief that real connection happens through shared, playful human experience.

Her approach is simple: she doesn’t position herself as the expert. Instead, she creates a structure where insight naturally emerges—so you reconnect with your own wisdom and gain new perspective through others.

Anvita is also a trained astrologer and Human Design guide, She also draws on training in astrology and Human Design as optional tools within some activities, for anyone curious to explore them.

A passionate biophilic with a background in environmental education, her work is grounded in the belief that we are deeply interconnected and interdependent — not just with nature, but with each other. Heartlines is an extension of this philosophy: a space where women come together to reflect, connect, and grow through shared experience and collective insight.
