The Inhale: Breathwork for Life Blacksmiths
Description
The Inhale: Breathwork for Life
Breathe. Meet. Explore.
No matter where you're at, or where you desire to be, returning to the breath can bring us back to ourselves — to our body, energy, emotions and the inner wisdom that can be harder to access amongst the noise of everyday life.
At times, breathwork can feel deeply grounding and restorative. At others, energising, emotional, expressive, creative or expansive. You might move emotion, reconnect with your heart, access your voice or personal power, feel a surge of vitality — or simply experience the space to slow down, listen and meet yourself exactly where you are.
Ground. Feel. Release. Connect. Energise. Create. Expand.
There is no particular state you need to reach, come as you are, to meet what is here, and explore where the breath may take you.
✨ What to expect
The Inhale is an immersive guided breathwork experience combining conscious connected breathing, breath holds, music, somatic awareness and attuned touch (optional).
We begin by arriving in the body, learning the breath before moving into an extended guided breathwork journey. From there, we slow things down into a meditative state, integrate and have space for any reflection before we close.
My approach is grounded in the principles of Pause Trauma-Informed Breathwork, with choice and personal agency central to the experience. You're always encouraged to listen to your body, adjust your breath or intensity, move or become still, or return to your natural breath whenever you need.
No previous breathwork experience is needed.
Bring yourself, your curiosity and a willingness to explore.
Meet what's here. Explore where the breath can take you.
I look forward to breathing with you. Natalie
