The Inner Garden Circle

Join us for a gentle evening designed for quiet connection, grounding, and rest.

Wednesday | 6:30pm - 8:30pm

The Inner Garden Circle is a welcoming space to slow down, step away from the noise of everyday life, and reconnect with yourself in a calm and supportive environment.

Together, we gather in softness sharing tea, reflection, conversation, and simple grounding practices in a cosy circle setting.

Alongside connection and reflection, the circle is also about building a gentle toolkit for navigating the world with more care and steadiness. Through grounding practices, emotional reflection, creativity, nervous system support, and mindful rituals, you’ll leave with simple tools to support yourself through stress, overwhelm, change, and everyday life.

No experience is needed, and there is never any pressure to share. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, seeking connection, navigating change, or simply craving stillness, you are welcome exactly as you are.
