The Inner Shift — 2-Hour Transformational Breathwork Experience

What if you gave yourself permission to go beneath the surface?

The Inner Shift is a deeply immersive Conscious Connected Breathwork experience designed to help you explore the patterns, emotions and protective responses that can sit beneath the way you think, feel and respond.

Over two hours, you’ll be guided through an intentional breathwork journey, supported by music, somatic awareness and space for reflection and integration.

This is an opportunity to step outside your everyday thinking and connect with your body in a different way. You may encounter emotions, memories, sensations or insights — or simply experience the breath and whatever unfolds for you.

There is nothing you need to force and no particular outcome you need to achieve.

Your experience is your own.

✨ The experience includes:

2-hour Conscious Connected Breathwork journey from welcome to integration
Guided preparation and intention setting
Powerful, rhythmic breathwork
Curated music journey
Somatic awareness and body connection
Space to explore emotions, sensations and patterns
Guided integration and reflection
Trauma-informed facilitation
A supportive, held environment

No previous breathwork experience is required.

Come curious. Come open. Come exactly as you are.

Breathe. Explore. Release. Reconnect.
