STEP 1. (7 days)
FROM SELF TO HEALTH
Bridging the gap between nutrition and your intuition
The 1st step of the program takes you through a 7 DAY FROM SELF TO HEALTH journey to redefine your relationship with yourself and food. It unpacks the complex layers behind why you eat a certain way, and uncovers the deeply rooted systematic and societal issues. This will honestly change your life and anyone will benefit from it.

STEP 2. (21 days)
THE INTUITIVE EATING REVOLUTION
Secret weapon for weight maintenance using the power of yourself, nature, and body work
Step 2 is the core of the program: The Intuitive Eating Revolution, which uses natural remedies for weight management, adressing food addictions, and reframing your body image. It's about moving beyond diets that works against your biology, and eat in harmony with your body.
For example, the size of the muffin doesn't control how much you eat. Your body tells you when to stop. You allow yourself to savour it, satisfy your nutrients needs, and put that muffin down when you're full. (It's ridiculous that we are conditioned to finish our food regardless of how full we feel!)
You will look at the chocolate and chips that you used to love and say, you know what, I don’t want it anymore.
As a result, you are no longer susceptible to food addiction, guilt and shame.

STEP 3. (4 follow-up consultations)
INTEGRATION CONSULTATIONS
Step 3 is the integration phase. At this stage you will begin to internalise intuitive eating principles in your daily lives. I will help you personally to integrate skills that you learned, with personalised nutrition recommendations, NLP & EFT techniques that help you change your behaviours with an ongoing personal support.
