What's On at Central West: The Inventors Lab

Get ready for a school holiday adventure like no other!
From Monday 22 September to Friday 3 October, Central West Shopping Centre transforms into a buzzing hub of creativity and curiosity with The Inventors Lab – a hands-on science playground designed to spark wonder in kids of all ages.

Daily Workshops | 11am – 2pm

Each day brings a new invention to life! Kids will mix, build, launch, and experiment through exciting STEM-based activities that support learning through play.

Week 1

• Mon 22 Sept – Crazy Colour Bath Bombs

• Tue 23 Sept – Squishy Creations

• Wed 24 Sept – Spinning Space Spin Tops

• Thu 25 Sept – Crazy 3D Roller Coasters

• Fri 26 Sept – No workshop (AFL Public Holiday)

Week 2

• Mon 29 Sept – Galaxy Cloud Slime

• Tue 30 Sept – Exploding Monster Brains

• Wed 1 Oct – Pom Pom Launchers

• Thu 2 Oct – Exploding Volcanoes

• Fri 3 Oct – Drip Fluid Bears

What to Expect

• Walk-in format (registrations encouraged)

• Lab-style benches, science backdrop & photo zone

• Lab coats, goggles, colouring sheets & fun facts
