Whether you're the mum wincing in the guilt of not doing enough, or the daughter carrying guilt for not being enough, this day is for you.

Guilt is sneaky. It disguises itself as love. It convinces you that shrinking yourself, exhausting yourself, and putting everyone else first is what a good woman does.

IT'S NOT! And this retreat is where we call that out.

In one powerful afternoon together, we're going to:

* Rip the guilt by its roots ,where it came from, why it's lying to you, and why "selfless" isn't the compliment you were told it was.

* Learn how to support the people you love from a place of strength, not depletion.

* Step into the version of you who leads herself first, and becomes a better mother, daughter, woman because of it.

Walk away with actual tools, not just inspiration that fades by Monday.

You know the old saying - you can't pour from and empty cup.

The most powerful thing you can model for the people you love is a woman who doesn't abandon herself.

This is a space for the woman who is done performing okayness. Done saying yes when she means no. Done waiting until everyone else is settled to finally, quietly, attend to herself.

You don't need anyone's permission to be here. But you do need to decide you're worth showing up for.
