A deeply healing practice using conscious breathing techniques to help you relax, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. This simple yet powerful practice invites you to slow down, let go of stress, and invite balance into your mind and body. Whether you're looking for mental clarity, emotional release, or just a moment of calm, breathwork will guide you toward a more grounded and peaceful state.

Gentle Movement

Move with ease and awareness in this restorative practice designed to release tension and support your body’s natural flow. Through slow, mindful movements, you’ll gently stretch and hydrate the fascia — the connective tissue that holds everything together — helping to unwind physical and emotional holding patterns. It’s a nurturing way to listen to your body, soften tightness, and restore fluidity, leaving you feeling open, grounded, and deeply relaxed.

Guided Meditation

Immerse yourself in a space of stillness and inner peace with our guided meditation. Through gentle prompts and soothing guidance, you’ll explore deep relaxation, clear your mind, and open your heart. Perfect for those new to meditation or experienced practitioners, this session helps you reconnect with your true self, offering clarity, calm, and a sense of renewal.

Deep Sound Bath

Lay back, relax, and let the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls and gongs wash over you. An immersive experience where the sound waves help release stress, soothe anxiety, and promote deep emotional release. It’s a deep meditative experience that guides you into a state of pure relaxation, balancing your energy and leaving you feeling centered and rejuvenated.


To enhance the experience

  • We recommend bringing a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, along with a blanket and pillow if you’d like, to help you feel as cozy and supported as possible throughout the event.

  • Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during your journey. There are kitchen facilities on site where you can refill if needed. 

  • Please arrive on time to check in and settle in comfortably. If you anticipate being late, we kindly ask that you contact an event host prior to purchasing a ticket to discuss a suitable entry time, ensuring that you won’t disturb the experience for others.

  • As this is a conscious event, we kindly request that you do not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as entry may be refused in such cases.

  • We ask that you be mindful of others' experience by avoiding loud jewelry or strong perfumes/colognes, as they may be distracting to some.

  • Please ensure your mobile phone is on flight mode by the time the event begins to help maintain a peaceful, undisturbed atmosphere.

  • If you have a pacemaker or any other health conditions that could be impacted by the experience, we recommend consulting with your GP before attending. We also encourage you to reach out to an event host to discuss any concerns about the event’s suitability for you. Your safety and well-being are our top priority.

  • Remember: You are in control of your journey. The invitation to experience each element is just that—an invitation. If you feel any experience is not for you, that’s completely okay, and we will honor your choice.
