Ceremonial Cacao

Open the heart, connect with intention and gently arrive in the present moment.

Conscious breathing to awaken the body, settle the mind and create space for whatever is ready to move.

Connection

Be guided in connecting with other attendees through questions or prompt. Perhaps walk away with a new connection or in the least, a reminder we are all human.

Guided Meditation

A gentle inward journey to cultivate presence, clarity and deep rest.

Sound Immersion

Allow the frequencies of crystal bowls, gongs and other sacred instruments to support relaxation, integration and stillness.

Your Facilitators

Lady Mel

Weaving the sacred and the silly, Mel returns to create space where all parts of the human are welcome. Blending somatic practices, ritual bodywork, the breath, sound journeys and cacao ceremonies to support people to ground, centre and return to their authentic expression. Rippling love without an agenda. Mel encourages you to be curious, to be playful and fierce in the pursuit of your passions.

Pavel

Big believer in the magic of breath and the power of perspective. Pavel brings his experience in breathwork, guided meditation and overall calming presence to safely hold space. He helps people reset, realign and reconnect with both themselves and the present moment. “Let’s breath with intention and flow with life”.

Mat

Mat has been facilitating groups and holding safe space to express vulnerability for over 10 years. For the last 6 years, integrating the healing power of soundscapes with gongs and other instruments to guide release. His practice and beliefs are centered around the body’s ability to heal itself when provided the right conditions. The deep restorative sounds and vibrations of the gongs help the conscious mind to surrender, creating space for the subconscious mind and body to release tension that could have been held for years.

Before You Arrive

To help you feel comfortable, please bring:

• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on.

• A blanket and pillow for extra coziness.

• A water bottle.

Please arrive a few minutes early so you can settle into the space before we begin.

This is a substance-free event. Please attend free from alcohol or recreational drugs.

To support everyone’s experience, we ask that phones are switched to flight mode and that you avoid wearing strong fragrances.
