This intimate gathering invites you to explore what it means to release in a supportive circle of women navigating change. Through guided reflection, meaningful conversation, and practical tools, you’ll uncover what’s ready to be released and leave with clarity, lightness, and a renewed sense of direction.

This is not a workshop, nor is it therapy; it is a professionally facilitated space for exploration, clarity, and connection to move forward with others who get it.
