    Event description

    Join The Ireland Funds Australia and friends for our Women In Leadership & Philanthropy Reception hosted by Ernst & Young.

    The foundation of our Women in Leadership and Philanthropy series, now one year on, is to bring women together who have a love of or connection to Ireland, and to continue to build a network that can empower, inspire, and give.

    We are so excited to have 2 inspirational female leaders speak with us;

    Yvonne Le Bas, Chair Ireland Funds, who has over 25 years’ experience across financial services, property and oil sectors in Australia and internationally. An inspirational people leader, her forward thinking plays a crucial role in influencing strategy. She is passionate about the impact emerging technologies are having and is constantly seeking opportunities to apply commercially and internally to transform.

    Siobhan Savage, award-winning workforce futurist and one of the top global experts in the intersection of workforce strategy and artificial intelligence. She led the efforts behind the world’s first independently audited ethical talent AI and has earned the status of World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer, Forbes Cloud 100 Rising Star and LinkedIn’s Top Startup in 2022.

    Join us as we come together to not only connect with current and future business leaders, but also give back to those less fortunate. This series supports the No Mind Left Behind Scholarship Program assisting promising young women who otherwise may not be able to attend University.

    We truly think this initiative is something special. We are so excited for the opportunity to build a network that can empower, inspire and give whilst we share and connect.

    Places are limited, Tickets are $50 per person, with $25 of this being tax deductible

    Our events aim to raise funds for important projects we hope to support together. Funds raised at this reception via tickets and donations will go to help a promising young female through the No Mind Left behind Scholarship Programme:

    • No Mind Left Behind: All across the island of Ireland there are promising young people from areas of disadvantage, who need an opportunity to enter third-level education. No Mind Left Behind is an initiative developed by The Ireland Funds to give promising young people an opportunity to complete their third-level education by providing an annual scholarship to cover the costs of books, accommodation, and other key expenses. A scholarship costs 4,000 Euro a year and the programme has helped over 200 students so far with a life changing scholarship.

    Thank you to our host Ernst & Young.
