The Jewish Studio Process: Journey into the Unknown
Event description
In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore ancient Jewish stories about journeys and turning points. Using the Jewish Studio Process, a unique blend of text study, art-making, and reflective writing, we’ll open up these stories in new ways and uncover fresh insights for our own lives. No art background is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
Jewish Studio Project builds creative capacity across the Jewish community. We equip individuals and organizations with the tools to navigate change and uncertainty and reimagine Jewish life in a rapidly shifting world. Through bold thought leadership, accessible digital content, leader development intensives, and regional studios, JSP is shaping a future in which every person engages their inherent creativity as a source of well-being, resilience, and spiritual vitality.
Josh Conescu has been a Jewish educator in the Boston area for the past 25 years. He has worked in day schools, supplemental programs and summer camps. He is particularly drawn to the stories of the TaNaKh. Josh has been a certified trainer in The Jewish Studio Process for the past several years.
