The Journey Inwards: A 90-minute Immersive Breathwork & Energetic Experience

Step into a transformative 90-minute session where breathwork, somatics, body energetics, and conscious meditations merge to guide you inward. This immersive experience is designed to help you release physical, emotional, mental, and energetic tension, particularly in the chest, heart, and shoulders, and reconnect with your breath.

Hosted by Barney Mercer (Breathe into Life) and Gemma Krumeich (Alive with Gem), this session will guide you through a process that shifts your nervous system from stress and fight-or-flight mode into a state of deep healing. You will experience enhanced mental clarity, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate self-love and joy. By realigning your head and body and reconnecting your heart and mind, you’ll find yourself in a more grounded and peaceful state.
