Hello Mummas!

My name is Erin and I’m a mum of three, a perinatal psychologist, and a Seasons of Matrescence guide. I feel truly blessed to hold space for families during one of the most vulnerable and transformative times of life.

My work is grounded in compassion, reflection, and connection—and I’m passionate about creating offerings that meet you right where you are.

In my latest offering, The journey to meeting you - let your voice from birth be heard - I aim to place you— the mother—gently at the center of your birthing and motherhood journey.

This is a space where your story matters. A space where each woman’s unique birth experience is held, without comparison or judgment.

Through shared storytelling and reflection, we foster deep connection, emotional openness, and gentle curiosity. Together, we explore meaning-making with care, allowing both the joy and the heartache of your story to be seen, held, and validated.

This is not about rewriting your experience—it’s about making sense of it, in a way that aligns with you.

Who is this for?

Women who have given birth in the past 5 years
Babies in arms, we are not yet moving around the room are more than welcome
This space is not intended to be a replacement for therapy for birth related trauma, however we hold space for these experiences

What to expect on the day:

A warm welcome to the space, designed to foster safety, connection, and a sense of belonging with a small group of like-minded women
A small, intimate group (maximum of 8 participants) to ensure a deeply held and supported experience
Grounding practices and intention setting to gently prepare for storytelling and reflection
Journalling practices to delve deeper into your birthing story.
An opportunity to share your birth story—in your own words, without interruption, comparison, or advice-giving
Creative time to process your story through painting, collage, writing or whichever medium calls to you. You’ll create a visual representation of your experience and affirmations to take with you
A beautifully printed workbook, filled with guided reflections, journaling prompts, grounding tools, and links to resources—support to carry with you long after the session
A framework informed by evidence-based practices, drawing from self-compassion, mindfulness, narrative therapy, gratitude, and Matrescence theory
