The Koala Food Project
Event description
Join us for a meaningful morning in nature, helping to care for a Manna Gum plantation that provides essential food for koalas at Cleland Wildlife Park and wildlife rescue centres. This hands-on volunteer event includes pruning and maintaining the plantation, a guided walk through Kuitpo Forest led by a ForestrySA Ranger, and a special talk by Cleland’s Koala Care Ranger.
Whether you're passionate about conservation, curious about koala care, or simply looking to connect with nature and community, this event offers a unique opportunity to contribute to wildlife welfare while learning about forest ecology and land management.
All tools, equipment, and gloves provided – plus morning tea included!
