The Left Bank - Coopers Vintage Vertical Degustation 2024
Event description
Join us for a very special Coopers Vintage Vertical Degustation Event on Thursday 5th September (6pm) and Friday 6th September (1pm) at The Left Bank.
Enjoy a six-course degustation menu, matched with special release Coopers Vintage Ale from between 2018 to 2024, plus their limited edition Botanic Ale.
ABOUT THE MENU
Our Head Chef has created a special six course degustation menu, matching the different releases of Coopers Vintage. These dishes are not something you see on the regular menu!
Details to be released soon.
ABOUT THE COOPERS BEERS
Coopers Brewery is Australia’s oldest family owned and run brewery with its history going back to 1862. Since 1998, Coopers releases a special seasonal brew each Winter, their Vintage Ale.
We’ve been planning this event for a couple of years and made sure to put some kegs aside..
Enjoy a middy of Coopers Vintage Ale from the years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023 and 2024 - plus the limited edition Botanic Ale.
These Coopers beers are one off brews with the older years no longer available for - so this vertical tasting is your opportunity to let your taste buds travel back in time and explore how the Ales have aged over time.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Travelling over all the way from Adelaide, Brewer Dave will be hosting both degustation events.
TICKETS
Tickets are $95 per person (+BF) when booking individually - or book a table of six for $510 (+BF), which equals a $10 discount per ticket. Tickets include the six course degustation and seven middys of the different Coopers beers. This is a seated event upstairs in the River Bar of The Left Bank.
Our last Coopers Vintage events in 2019 and 2022 were a sell out, so book early to avoid disappointment.
If you purchase individual tickets, but would like to be seated with friends, then please leave a note when making the booking.
