ABOUT THE EVENING:

Our Oyster & Wine Night is a unique experience, distinct from our usual Wine Club. Enjoy a glass of sparkling on arrival before you settle in for a delicious and entertaining evening.

Jerry Fraser kicks off the night with live shucking of three different oyster varieties - your first three courses, each matched with a different Leeuwin Estate wine.

Following the oysters, delight in an entrée, main, and dessert course - thoughtfully crafted by The Left Bank’s talented chefs, Rocky and Mel - each paired with a hand-selected wine from Leeuwin Estate’s collection.

• A set menu will be served—no dietary modifications available.
• Each guest will enjoy six freshly shucked oysters (three types, two each).
• The remaining three courses are exclusive creations by our chefs, not featured on our regular menu.
