The Left Bank - OYSTER & WINE NIGHT 2025

Join us for a truly indulgent evening featuring a six-course degustation menu, highlighted by freshly shucked oysters and expertly paired wines from Leeuwin Estate.

ABOUT THE EVENING:

Our Oyster & Wine Night is a unique experience, distinct from our usual Wine Club. Enjoy a glass of sparkling on arrival before you settle in for a delicious and entertaining evening.

Bailey, The Viking Shucker, kicks off the night with live shucking of three different oyster varieties - your first three courses, each matched with a different Leeuwin Estate wine.

Following the oysters, delight in an entrée, main, and dessert course - thoughtfully crafted by The Left Bank’s talented chefs, Rocky and Mel - each paired with a hand-selected wine from Leeuwin Estate’s collection.

ABOUT THE VIKING SHUCKER:

Known as the Viking Shucker, Bailey is Perth’s legendary oyster warrior, bringing oceanic treasures to our event with his Norse flair.  We’re looking forward for him to be a part of our events, shucking the freshest oysters available.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• A set menu will be served—no dietary modifications available.
• Each guest will enjoy six freshly shucked oysters (three types, two each).
• The remaining three courses are exclusive creations by our chefs, not featured on our regular menu.
• Seating is pre-allocated. If you have specific requests (e.g., table height or seating with friends), please mention them when booking or email events@leftbank.com.au.
