Join us for a special celebration of CAIA - Griffith University's Contemporary Australian Indigenous Art program!

As the only program of its kind in Australia, CAIA has become central to the story of contemporary Indigenous art in Australia, through its strong links to the community, ongoing connections between teachers, students and alumni, and with local artist collective proppaNOW.

Coinciding with our current exhibition Collecting the Future: 50 years of the Griffith University Art Collection, this panel will reflect on how CAIA and Griffith University have supported the careers of many of Australia's most celebrated contemporary artists, and the depth of talent being fostered in new generations of emerging creatives.  

The panel will include:
