Drawing on her background in medical science, naturopathy, Ayurveda, breathwork and meditation, Padi will share practical insights into supporting wellbeing through mindful living, natural health practices and simple daily routines.

About the speaker

Padi Fazelzadeh is a clinical naturopath, Ayurvedic practitioner, breathwork and meditation teacher, and senior instructor with the Art of Living Foundation. For over 12 years, she has been teaching the renowned SKY Breath Meditation and leading transformational programs across Australia and New Zealand, helping people reduce stress, build resilience, and enhance overall wellbeing.

Padi holds a Bachelor of Medical Radiation Sciences from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Naturopathy. She combines her background in medical sciences, naturopathy and Ayurveda with the SKY Breath Meditation practice to support individuals in achieving greater health, balance, and inner wellbeing. Her approach integrates natural health practices, traditional Ayurvedic wisdom, breathwork, and meditation to support holistic wellbeing.
