We will explore the possibilities and make a conscious start to calling in a life and future that lights us up.

In the quantum world, particles are deeply interconnected, just as we are interconnected with one another and the universe.

When we align our energy with intention, we become creators, shaping our reality like light illuminating the dark.

Moving through somatic practices that cultivate the vision of our deepest desires, journal, share, practice and connect through movement, sound, meditation and visualisation.
