The LIMINAL Project — February

A guided physical and mental experience

for those willing to step beyond comfort — with intention

What This Is

The LIMINAL Project is a once-a-month, guided experience designed to explore the space between comfort and challenge — where clarity, self-trust, and resilience are built.

Each gathering takes place outdoors in a different location and centres on a low-skill physical challenge sustained over time. The task itself is simple. The work is internal.

This is not a fitness event.
There is no competition.
There is no performance standard.

The challenge is learning how you respond when things become uncomfortable — and choosing how you meet that moment.

Why February

January is about change.
February is about follow-through.

This February gathering is for those who want to practice staying with a commitment — not through force, but through presence, discipline, and self-responsibility.

It’s about discovering what happens when you quiet the noise, accept the moment as it is, and continue with intention.

What You’ll Experience

A guided, low-skill physical challenge designed to shift mental state rather than test strength
Space to notice resistance, doubt, and the urge to stop — without needing to react
A calm, supportive container that encourages awareness, not ego
A sense of clarity and groundedness that comes from honest effort
Connection with others choosing to step into challenge consciously

You work at your own pace.
You are always free to stop.
You are also invited to explore what it means to honour the choice you made to begin.

What This Is Not

Not a race
Not a bootcamp
Not a test of toughness
Not about pushing beyond safety

This experience values self-awareness over self-override.

Who This Is For

This is for you if:

You feel the pull to challenge yourself, but in a grounded, intentional way
You’re curious about who you are when comfort falls away
You value responsibility, follow-through, and integrity
You want a physical experience that supports mental health, not just fitness

This may not be for you if:

You’re looking for high-intensity training or adrenaline
You want clear metrics, winners, or external validation
You’re not ready to sit with discomfort, even briefly

Safety & Support

The LIMINAL Project is facilitated with care.

Activities are low-skill and guided
You are encouraged to listen to your body at all times
Modifications are welcomed
Participation is always voluntary

You will be asked to complete a liability waiver prior to the event.

Closing Invitation

This is an invitation to step into the threshold —
between who you are and who you’re becoming.

Not by force.
Not by proving anything.
But by showing up, staying present, and doing the work honestly.

Join us for February.
