The pace doesn't let up, the pressure sits with you long after you've logged off, and the higher you go, the fewer people there are you can be properly honest with. We talk to each other all day and somehow still end up carrying most of it on our own.

Here's what I keep coming back to. With everything shifting around us, there's never been a more important time to invest in ourselves and in the connections that actually hold us up. When the ground keeps moving, the steadiest thing you have is your own belief and the people who remind you of it.

'Self-Doubt: The Invisible Pandemic' is a day to step away from all of it and spend real time with other CMOs, CEOs and senior leaders who are dealing with the same things you are. No performing, no pretending you've got it all sorted. Just honest conversation, time to actually think, and the space to build a plan for what's next... with women who get it.

I'll be honest about why this matters so much to me. Just over a year ago, I realised I had no self-belief. When I started talking to other women about it, I found I was nowhere near alone. 80% of women in Australia feel exactly the same. That quiet, constant self-doubt is the invisible pandemic, and it's holding so many of us back, right when the world is asking the most of us.

So we started The Limitless Equation Podcast and sat down with some of the most impressive women in the industry to ask how they actually keep going. Then on 5 March 2026, we brought it all into one room. 150 CEOs, CMOs and women in leadership came together in Sydney, and 96% of them left with more self-belief than they walked in with.

Now it's Brisbane's turn.

This is the only event in our industry where the room itself created the content. No keynote speaker telling you how to think. Just the real, lived wisdom of the women around you, brought together and handed back, made for exactly the world we're leading in.
