The Listening Tree Retreat – A Mindful Day in Nature

Supporting emotional wellbeing, creativity, and connection through breath, nature, and play.

Event Description

A nurturing, sensory‑friendly retreat day designed especially for neurodivergent or sensitive children aged 8-12 years. Held on sacred land at Rise Temple in Upper Burringbar, this gentle day invites children into stillness, groundedness, and creative expression at their own pace—held with care, free from pressure.

What’s Included

  • 10:00–11:10 AMSlow Breathwork, Meditation & Mindfulness
