Supporting the "whole" female in sport

Are you a coach or club leader looking to empower young women in sports? Do you want to equip yourself with the knowledge and tools to help your athletes reach their full potential? Live Life Whole provides coaches and club leaders with the necessary knowledge to improve the well-being and performance of young females in sports. We delve into the barriers faced by young females in sports and explore how we can overcome them. With a particular emphasis on addressing female health concerns, this session will focus on the unique differences of coaching a female and discuss the obstacles that hinder young females from participating and thriving in sports. This session will equip you with the tools you need to enhance the well-being of the young women you coach.
