Emma is the founder of Allover, a clothing brand reinventing overalls with technical performance, thoughtful design, and everyday versatility. She grew up in The Plains, a tiny town in rural Virginia, went to the University of Virginia, and moved to Colorado with her then-boyfriend (now husband) shortly after graduation. They recently traded Golden for Salida.

Before starting Allover, Emma worked in sales at a grab bag of early-stage startups—canned wine, solar water pumps, travel tech, even a global accelerator network. She also moonlighted her own food venture, Earthn Foods, which eventually ran out of steam. After seeing the highs, lows, and everything in between, she finally took the leap and started Allover. Two and a half years in, it’s starting to feel like she might really be onto something.

Emma is happiest outside—climbing, skiing, biking, or just car camping and spending an entire hike talking about everything and nothing with friends.
