Rise and Shine at Hoskin Park to join your community and improve your wellbeing this Mother's Day! Drop into mindful crafting workshops, accessible yoga sessions, food trucks, henna art and more for an enjoyable morning with your neighbours.

As there will be limited parking opportunities, we encourage those attending to walk or ride your bike to this event.

Free Beginner Yoga Sessions during Rise and Shine:

• 9:30am - 10:15am
• 10:30am - 11:15am

These Yoga sessions are catered to all ages and abilities.

We encourage participants to arrive at the beginning of each yoga session to maximise the quality of their experience.

BYO Yoga Mats, Yoga Blocks provided.
