An invitation to connect with the energies of the new moon.

She is transitioning into darkness on Monday 13th and this the perfect time to set intentions and allow your inner waters to slow down, and flow freely.

We will be finding stillness in Yin yoga shapes, which open the bodies meridians or energetic channels and allow fresh qi or energy to move through the body with ease.

Through out the experience you will be introduced to gentle breathing techniques to deepen our body awareness and allowing the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls to wash through the entire being.

This is also a safe space to be curious about the moons energy, she will be in the sign of Scorpio - where we are encouraged to feel into the depths within ourselves. It is a time to nourish the soul and remember what is important to us.

An intuitive energetic meditation will start the event and I welcome you to bring a journal and a pen or paper as there will be time at the beginning and after the sound bath for you to free write or draw intentions for the month ahead.

Water
Pen/Journal/Paper
Optional if you want your own pillow or blanket
