The Long Exhale: 90-min Yin Yoga & Candlelight

Step out of the busyness of your week and into a warm, quiet sanctuary. The Long Exhale is a 90-minute Yin Yoga practice designed to help you slow down, drop into your body and release deeply held physical and mental tension.

Practicing under soft candlelight, you’ll sink into floor-based, supported shapes held for several minutes at a time. The slow nature of Yin Yoga lets physical tension melt out of your body while creating quiet mental space. You’ll walk away feeling grounded, spacious and deeply rested, ready to move into your weekend with a calm mind and a nourished body.

How You’ll Feel:

Calm: Slowing down brings a state of calm to your mind.
Rebalanced: Working with the body to restore balance.
Nervous System Reset: Soothing breaths & stillness restore the nervous system.
Grounded: Leave feeling rooted in yourself and completely unhurried.

What’s Included:

All studio props (mats, bolsters, blocks) are provided. Feel free to bring your own personal mat for more comfort. Otherwise, just bring yourself and wear warm, comfortable layers.

Open to everyone, no prior yoga experience needed.
