Before the busyness of the long weekend begins, you are invited to pause, step away from the noise and come home to yourself.

The Long Exhale is a space dedicated entirely to comfort and surrender. There is no expectation, no pressure and no need for tight activewear. Simply arrive in your softest loungewear or favorite pyjamas, ready to completely let go.

We will begin with a slow, nourishing 90-minute Yin yoga practice. Guided by candlelight, this session is designed to soothe your nervous system, release deeply held physical and emotional tension and invite a sense of profound stillness.

Afterwards, there is time to decompress and share a cup of tea and some unhurried conversation. You will leave feeling grounded, rested and ready for a peaceful night's sleep.

What is Included:

A 90-minute guided Yin yoga session and mindfulness practice.
All cosy props provided (mats, bolsters, blankets, and blocks).
