Communities are built through relationships, shared experiences and the simple act of coming together around a table.

This October, during Mental Health Month, the Foundation for Social Health and Villaggio Sant' Antonio warmly invite you to our Long Lunch for Connection, Community & Belonging, held in Villaggio's beautiful grounds in Page. The day marks the launch of Canberra's Third Spaces Network: a growing movement of welcoming places where people can gather, connect and belong. As loneliness and isolation rise, these everyday spaces are becoming some of the most important infrastructure a community can have.

For many years, Villaggio has kept older Canberrans connected to the people, places and activities that give life meaning. Together we are imagining places like Villaggio as true community hubs, where generations meet and friendships form. It is a glimpse of what aged care can become: a place of participation, contribution and belonging for all of us.

Come on your own, bring the kids, or gather a whole table of friends. Your name card will be waiting for you.
