Her diverse background spans producing TV commercials and films, creating visual content for corporate events, and developing various media projects. Holli's journey into wellness has led her to become a yoga instructor, nutrition and lifestyle coach, Reiki practitioner, mental health peer-to-peer facilitator, and creative mentor. Her unique blend of artistic vision and wellness expertise promises to elevate this event beyond a mere dining experience.
Sophia Davey - Bloom Kitchen. The dynamic co-founder, complements Holli's vision with her multifaceted background. As an actor, personal chef, authentic communication coach, media professional, yoga teacher, and mother, Sophia infuses The Long Table on Tour with creativity, wellness insights, and boundless enthusiasm. Her expertise in conscious communication adds a layer of mindfulness to the shared dining experience. Sophia runs a successful wellness catering business, Bloom Kitchen, which caters to wellness retreats Australia wide.

Born in Amsterdam, Kabboord's impressive career has spanned from London's finest establishments to Australia's most prestigious kitchens, including the three-hatted Quay under Peter Gilmore and his own critically acclaimed 'hatted' restaurant Merricote in Melbourne.
