Doors: 7:15pm | Performance at 8:00pm

Pick up your tickets starting at 7:30 PM - explore character rooms, play strange carnival games, or grab a drink at the Tavern before the show begins at 8:00 PM. Seating is available throughout the performance, which takes place over 2 floors (elevator available).

The Tavern will stay open for an hour after the show, for those who want to stay for another drink and explore the rooms again at their leisure.

Public Transit & Parking: The SF Mint Building is 1 block from the Powell street BART/MUNI station. Parking is available at the 5th & Mission Parking Garage, across the street from the Mint

What to wear: 1930's Noir, Vintage Carnival, and Fae-inspired apparel is welcome, but not required - come as you are! Coat-check will be available.

Refund/Exchange Policy: Things happen! Tickets may be refunded or exchanged up to 24 hours before your scheduled performance.

Covid Safety: Audience is welcome to mask, but it's not required.  All 13th Floor performers and staff are vaccinated and will be unmasked.

Be kind to all beings: Any form of harassment towards performers, crew or other audience members will not be permitted, and will result in the guest’s removal from the premises.

Accessibility:

  • The San Francisco Mint is a 3 story building with an elevator. There are ADA-compliant routes for guests who prefer to not climb stairs, use wheelchairs, or use other assistive devices. If you need the elevator please fill in the "accessibility" field when purchasing your ticket to let us know you're coming, and we'll plan accordingly.
  • ASL Interpretation: 13th Floor will not have an on-site ASL interpreter; guests may provide their own ASL Interpreter and 13th Floor will cover the cost of the interpreter’s ticket. Please click "contact host" at the top of this event page, or email info@13thfloortheater.org to coordinate.
  • Gender Inclusive Bathrooms are available on all floors
