Lovestruck Balladeers - House Concert
Description
The Lovestruck Balladeers enchant audiences with their masterful performances and inspired repertoire of ragtime, jazz and beautiful songs from around the world. They might whip out a lost melody from a forgotten mandolin folio or they might play a Mexican waltz. They might push into a renegade rearrangement of a swing standard or get down with a country rag. Together or on their own paths, this stellar band of traveling musicians has traversed the country and the globe, carrying traditional styles into modern times. Their repertoire is a rare collection of American and international music seldom heard beyond the walls of low-lit dance halls at the edge of the known world.
The Lovestruck Balladeers are: Jake Sanders, Dennis Lichtman, Sean Cronin and Dalton Ridenhour.

FAQs
- Directions
This is a house concert. The show will either be out back in the big yard, or in the house itself.
When you turn onto Will Palmer Road, our driveway is immediately after the first log cabin’s garage. It winds back into the woods to a big brown house. If you blink, you’ll miss it. The commercial property with the big fifth wheel trailer is our neighbor’s, not ours. Backtrack and look for the lowkey gravel driveway through the forest.
We’ll try to remember to put out the sign to mark the driveway - it says Katie & Sean
- Where do I park?
Park off of the driveway on the grassy/dirty/gravel areas. Do not park on the driveway itself so it remains usable for folks to drop off and turn around in the circle at the top near the house.
- Food and Drink
Feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks and picnic blanket. We’ll have seating available, too.
- Do I have to buy a ticket?
You can buy a ticket ahead of time through this site, or you can Venmo the artist directly that day, or pay cash. Sliding scale, minimum $10 per person but suggested donation is $20. If cost is prohibitive, you will still be welcomed!
- What about my kids and pets?
Kids are welcome!! Pets are not. We have two dogs who have the run of the place but aren’t good at sharing with other animals.
