The LUME Bus Trip - Vincent Van Gogh Digital Exhibition & DFO South Wharf

Join the City of Ballarat Ageing Well Services for an exciting bus trip for our over 55’s community to experience the beauty of Van Gogh’s art like never before. Join us for an outing to The LUME in Melbourne to view Finding Vincent Virtual Reality Experience. Come and see floor to ceiling projections, sensory effects and the chance to virtually explore his life of art. BYO lunch or there’s a cafe onsite and an array of eateries along Southbank if you wish to purchase your own lunch.
Participants can also enjoy some free time to shop at the nearby DFO South Wharf if they wish.
Bus will depart at 9am from the Eureka Centre carpark, 102 Stawell Street, Eureka.Â
Please arrive by 8:45am - Free all day parking available.Â
This is largely an independent day for participants to enjoy and experience the exhibition how they wish, however City of Ballarat staff well be available for assistance if needed.
Mobility: This outing involves a significant amount of walking and navigating stairs on the bus. It's recommended for people with good mobility. Walkers and walking aids are welcome and can be stored under the bus.
