The Lunchbreak Reset
Description
Most people eat lunch at their desk and wonder why the afternoon feels harder than it should.
This is a different option, though not a complicated one. We'll take a slow loop around Brandon Hill with a couple of short stops, enough time to cover some practical techniques for actually recovering midday, rather than just changing location. There’s some wonderful evidence that shows what even 20 minutes away from a screen can do.
You'll leave with a few takeaways that fit into a normal working week.
Organised by Nula, a Bristol-based workplace wellbeing consultancy specialising in nature-based prevention.
Meeting location:
We'll meet at the end of Great George Street at the entrance to the park.
