Join us for our first ever LYF Club at sunrise on Friday 25 September at 6am.

The LYF Club is a space for women who want to work on themselves, be more intentional with their lives and meet other women who want the same without the pressure of feeling like you always need to be doing or achieving more.

We’ll start the morning with gentle yoga on City Beach, giving you a chance to slow down, breathe and connect with yourself.

Afterwards, we’ll grab a coffee (or drink of your choice), get to know each other and put pen to paper with Let Yourself Flow-inspired reflections.

We’ll look back at the month, celebrate what’s going well, talk about what we want to change and get clear on what we want from the month ahead. You’ll have space to set intentions, think about your goals and choose something you want to hold yourself to.

But more than anything, The LYF Club is about doing it together.

Why I created The LYF Club

Since moving to Perth from the UK, I appreciate how important it is to have connection.

Those friendships where you can talk about what you really want from life, share the things you’re working towards, celebrate each other’s wins and have someone genuinely cheering you on.

Also, I know from being a Personal Trainer & coach how easy it is to tell ourselves “this month I’ll…” only for life to get busy and another month to fly by.

I wanted to create a space that brings those two things together.

Somewhere we can regularly slow down and ask ourselves How am I actually doing? What do I want? What do I need? What am I working towards?

And have a group of women beside us as we do it.

Women who remember the thing you said you wanted to do. Who ask you how it went. Who celebrate when you finally do it. Who inspire you to back yourself a little more.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. But a safe space to choose yourself, growing together and making genuine connections along the way.
