The Lying Cheating Bastards featuring Monica Moore

The incredibly talented Monica Moore will be appearing with the band this Friday!

The LCB’s more widely known as the “Lying Cheating Bastards” are a three-piece outfit featuring Damian Spencer (Guitar & Vocals), John Van Buuren (Bass Guitar and Vocals) and Jonathan Jones (drums and cardboard boxes)

They are so far away from what their name suggests, that is if you can believe them.

They are just a straight up honest guitar-based trio who love playing music together and are best described as three fabulous musicians that have spent their whole lives trying not to be pigeonholed.

And it is indeed a band that is difficult to pigeonhole.

Their music features an eclectic blend which ranges from blistering blues to smooth and flowing jazz feels, and drawing on Damian's background in blues, rock, and country, and John's vast experience in blues and rock, and with Jonathan Jones' rock, country, and folk influences, they are steeped in the roots of Americana from soulful blues, originals with raunchy RnB and old fashion Country and with the sweet delights of contagious Texas swing. .
