Join us on Thursday, May 9th, as we delve into the rich history of one of the world’s most esteemed Single Malt Scotch Whiskies. With a legacy spanning two centuries, The Macallan distillery crafts some of the most exquisite whiskies, sought after by connoisseurs worldwide.

You’ll enjoy a whisky on arrival before indulging in a guided tasting of four coveted expressions of The Macallan, alongside an inspired modern nostalgic menu from Executive Chef Blaze Young (Nieuw Ruin, Edward & Ida’s, WA Good Food Guide ‘Young Chef of the Year’ 2022). 

All guests will receive a bottle of The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old to take home and have the opportunity to order The Macallan Double Cask 18 Years Old, The Macallan Double Cask 25 Years Old and The Macallan Double Cask 30 Years Old expressions on the night. 

Tickets are $325 per person and include: 

  • Welcome drinks and grazing boards on arrival 
  • Tasting of four The Macallan expressions 
  • Shared dishes by Blaze Young 
  • 1 x 700ml bottle of The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old
