The Magic Garden - Storytelling and Mini Sculptures
Event description
Sometimes you go with the flow…
Sometimes you wonder where that flow did go!
Join storyteller Helen Lawry for an enchanting Kazakhstani tale told through story and music. Follow the journey of a young man who sets out to buy seeds for a splendid garden—but things don’t quite go to plan.
This timeless story is full of wonder and magic, inviting both adults and children to pause, listen, and be transported into another world.
After the story, let your creativity bloom! Using recycled materials and broken jewellery, you’ll be guided to make your own miniature sculpture trees. Prefer words or images? There will also be space to respond to the story through writing or drawing.
✨ Suitable for adults and children
