Manifestation is a Powerful tool that allows us to focus our thoughts on a particular desired outcome, through practices like mindfulness, visualization, and meditation, in order to try to bring them into reality.

We can manifest absolutely anything we like for ourselves!

‘Where your mind goes, the energy flows’…

- In this nourishing 3 hour Workshop, we will open with a Cacao ceremony, sharing circle and mini meditation to ground our energy into the space, with the intention to call in whatever it is that we truly desire for ourselves.

- You will learn about the power of nature and cycles of the moon, and how they can assist us with our manifestations.

- You will be guided through a gentle hatha yoga practice to go within, and move energy throughout the physical, emotional and energetic body.

- And finally, we will end with a drum journey to call in our 'Spirit Guide' for assistance with the next phase of our healing journey.

There are opportunities for sharing in circle if you feel called to do so. This is a very powerful, healing workshop.
