Mindful Kids Adelaide – Wellness Workshop for Creative, Sensitive Souls

This soulful small-group workshop is designed especially for kids aged 7–12 who feel big emotions, love getting creative, or simply need a space to unwind and reconnect with themselves.

Time: Arrive 2:15pm | Workshop runs 2:30–4:00pm

Cost: $55 per child (includes all materials)
✨ Bring a sibling or friend — $50 per child for two or more

Extra Information:

Only 1 parent/carer per child is recommended to stay and supervise.
This is a gentle, welcoming session focused on mindfulness, self-expression, and emotional wellbeing.
All art materials will be provided.
Please arrive at 2:15pm to settle in before the session begins.
Children are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing that allows for creativity and movement.
