Will Gammon — Executive Creative Director, FIN VFX
A proud Visual Effects Society (VES) and Ausfilm member, Will brings over two decades of industry experience to FIN VFX, with credits spanning multiple Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings films. As a VFX Supervisor, he has earned international recognition and the trust of high-profile clients including Bazmark, Netflix Apple, and Disney.
Will is the founder of Cumulus VFX, a leading regional studio that became known for delivering high-quality visual effects from outside Australia’s major cities. Under his leadership, Cumulus grew into a thriving creative hub and a team of more than 40 artists before being acquired by FIN in 2024.
Now part of FIN’s leadership team, Will continues to champion innovation and inclusivity across the Australian screen industry. He is a passionate advocate for emerging talent and for building opportunities in regional areas, helping to redefine where and how world-class VFX can be made.
