The Mark Presents: Beauty and the Beat (Go-Go’s Tribute) and Powerage (AC/DC Tribute)

Tickets: $20 Online | $25 Day of Show

For 50 years music fans all over the world have flocked to stadiums to experience the power and awe of one of the greatest rock and roll bands in history. For many rock and roll fans the passion and energy of an AC/DC concert is a once in a lifetime experience. Sadly with the march of time we have lost elements of the show. Age, the death of iconic frontman Bon Scott and the sky-high cost of concert tickets have excluded many AC/DC fans from the experience. That is, unless you are lucky enough to experience a Powerage concert. Powerage provides the energy and passion of a classic Bon Scott AC/DC show as well as the modern hits of the Brian Johnson era. By providing something that AC/DC themselves doesn't, a performance featuring Bon Scott and Brian Johnson. Initially, trading songs and finally together to perform the show we wish could have existed, Bon and Brian on stage together side by side!Veteran rock and roll frontman Darian Counts captures the sound and vibe of some of Bon Scott's most iconic anthems while Joey Danger captures the gritty and powerful execution of Brian Johnson's iconic musical masterpieces. With Detroit rock and blues guitar legend Mike Smith reproducing the energy and earth moving guitar riffs of rock god Angus Young, most AC/DC fans are hard pressed to tell if it's Angus or it's Mike Smith. From the classic schoolboy outfit to the manic energy to the signature riffs and solos, Mike Smith recreates one of rock and rolls most definitive and iconic axemen.

With John Szczesniak providing the look and monstrous sound of bassman Cliff Williams and Detroit legendary percussionist Christian Minor providing the thunder of drums of Phil Rudd, the rhythm section of this behemoth hits as hard as the real thing.Last but definitely not least, the unsung hero jewel of AC/DC is rhythm guitarist Malcolm Young. Perfectly portrayed by Detroit guitar veteran Dale Mackenzie. Dale's attention to the detail of Malcom's playing is instrumental in fusing the tight driving rhythm section.Together as a whole Powerage performs with strength, dynamics and a passion for the love of all that is AC/DC.

Satisfaction Guaranteed.

Beauty And The Beat, a Go Gos Tribute. Beauty and The Beat brings the fun, flair, and infectious energy of The Go-Go’s and Belinda Carlisle to the stage. With spot-on vocals, tight harmonies, and a nostalgic '80s vibe, the band delivers fan favorites like “Our Lips Are Sealed,” “Vacation,” “Heaven Is a Place on Earth,” “Mad About You,” and “Head Over Heels.”Seeking a unique tribute, “Jet” and some jam friends formed Beauty and The Beat in the winter of 2024, recognizing an untapped potential in honoring The Go-Go’s and Belinda Carlisle. Jet’s voice proved a great match for Belinda Carlisle’s, while Lori and Michele’s strong backing vocals, and Jake’s accomplished drumming finesse sealed the deal for this, “most fun band ever.”Whether you’re reliving the era or discovering the magic for the first time, Beauty and The Beat turns every show into a feel-good celebration of music, singing, memories, and non-stop dancing.
