Event description

JMC Academy is proud to present The 13th Martini Film Awards – Melbourne. The last few years have been extraordinarily tough on many of us but we are excited to return to the red carpet, where we will travel through time and space to be together in electric dreams.

A big congratulations to all the students and alumni for their tireless efforts in creating the body of work that will be presented at the awards this year.

Commencing in 2008, The Martini Film Awards have grown in stature and scope since the very first event at the Town Hall Hotel in Bank Street Melbourne. The event is a great opportunity to screen student films, animations, documentaries and music videos to a captivated audience, as well as industry professionals. Prizes are awarded in a variety of categories each year thanks to generous contributions from sponsors made up of industry organisations and guilds. The Melbourne event was the first but since then Brisbane and Sydney JMC campuses now also host their own Martini Awards each year, making this a national collection of truly special events.
