Event description
Perform your own writing, share a favourite poem by another writer, or simply sit back and enjoy a COVID-conscious celebration of the the spoken and written word. Ticket sales will go towards Crips for eSIMs for Gaza.
COVID SAFETY
This is a mask mandatory event (KN95/N95), except for in the case of medical exemptions. There will be N95s available for free at the entrance, if you aren't able to bring your own!
There will be an air purifier in the room. Food and drinks will be available, but we ask that you exit the room before taking your mask off to eat or drink (there is a courtyard directly outside where you can have a snack).
ACCESSIBILITY
Brunswick Uniting Church has a wheelchair-accessible entry on the Merri Street side of the building, and there is a disabled bathroom on the premises.
Unfortunately, there will not be an AUSLAN interpreter present at this event.
