Hello beautiful soul!
I am so excited to be offering this unique ceremonial journey for you to connect even deeper with the medicine within you (as well as the medicine of Mama Cacao).
When we give ourselves the space to drop out of the thinking mind, when we calm the nervous system and let go of all the stories about "who we are" and what we need to "do", we are able to access the truth of our own soul.
The medicine that flows through our veins and vibrates in our cells, that I believe is our connection to the truth of who we are.
This is the gift we get to bring to the world.
Who are you beyond all the stories about who you should be, or what you've studied, or the identities accumulated throughout life..?
You may already know that there is a burning desire within you of something you wish to create and express in the world this year, or you may not know what it is but simply feel that there is more within you that wants to be accessed...
This is a journey for those desiring to go into that non-linear, non-thinking, non-doing space to feel, vision and remember the medicine within.
This journey will incorporate feminine practices of breath, sound, movement and free expression, to allow you to dive deeper into the sanctuary of your body.
The invitation is for this to be a fasted ceremonial cacao journey, I recommend eating a light meal the night before and only ingesting water prior to arrival.

We will be gathering at a beautiful retreat-like ocean side location in Omaui, where you can gift yourself the time and space to really connect with you.
I welcome up to 10 women to join us in sacred space.
If you desire to stay overnight the night prior, or afterwards please let me know, as there is accommodation available.
