Oh, how we've laughed through the sleepless nights, itchy skin, weight gain, hot flushes, anxiety, lost confidence, and the errr... What was I saying? Oh yes, the brain fog!

We might be sandwiched between caring for elderly parents and dealing with testing teens, or maybe our chicks have flown the nest, leaving us wondering who the heck we are and why everything hurts.

But we’re also ready to lighten the funk up, have a good old belly laugh, bust some moves, and marvel at the merits of midlife.
