If you're a woman in midlife, chances are you've sweated in a black bin bag as you danced to The Jacksons' "Can You Feel It" with Jane Fonda, been jiggled to death on a toning table, and busted a gut in HIIT.

For many women in the messy middle, we’ve been—or still are—in the trenches, experiencing the joys of menopause!

Oh, how we've laughed through the sleepless nights, itchy skin, weight gain, hot flushes, anxiety, lost confidence, and the errr... What was I saying? Oh yes, the brain fog!

We might be sandwiched between caring for elderly parents and dealing with testing teens, or maybe our chicks have flown the nest, leaving us wondering who the heck we are and why everything hurts.

Let’s face it, we’re ready for a lie down.

At The Messy Middlescence Retreat, we’re here for the gentle, stretchy bliss of Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, and Meditation with Lorraine from Raine and Shine Yoga, along with the Journey through Journaling with life coach and NLP practitioner Sharon Wilkes-Burt. But we’re also ready to lighten the funk up, have a good old belly laugh, bust some moves, and marvel at the merits of midlife.

This is no ordinary retreat! As much as we love crystals, incense, and all things woo, we're also women who revel in sharing stories, eating chocolate, and rushing to the dance floor the second ABBA's "Dancing Queen" plays.

You know this is the retreat you've been waiting for, and Lorraine and Sharon are so excited to welcome you into their messy middlescence world!
